Kansas City Korean Entrepreneur Grace Ahn Receives Entrepreneur of the Year Award
On Thursday evening, May 8th, the 21st Annual Asian Chamber of Commerce Kansas City Gala was grandly held at the Sheraton Hotel in Overland Park. Members of the Korean American Society of Greater Kansas City attended this event, having a meaningful time for the harmony and development of the Asian community.
Korean-American Entrepreneur Grace Ahn Achieves Consecutive Award Honor
A particularly noteworthy achievement at this gala was Grace Ahn, CEO of NvisionKC, receiving the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Grace Ahn had also received an entrepreneur award in 2024 through the collaboration of the Korean American Society of Greater Kansas City and the Korean American Chamber of Commerce of Kansas City, proving her status as a Korean-American entrepreneur once again through this consecutive recognition.
Sharing Entrepreneurial Success Stories
The keynote speech of the day featured Sahra Nguyen of Nguyen Coffee Supply as the speaker, drawing attention. She shared her success story of pioneering a new entrepreneurial path by directly importing coffee beans from Vietnam, delivering inspiration about entrepreneurial spirit and challenging mindset to the attendees.

The Korean American Society of Greater Kansas City maintains ongoing cooperative relationships with the Asian Chamber of Commerce. Both organizations work together in collaboration, building a strong partnership for regional development and business growth.
In particular, Sook Park, Executive Director of the Asian Chamber, has been receiving deep gratitude from the Korean American community for her unwavering efforts and support for the development of the local community, Asian community, and Korean community.
This gala served as an opportunity to once again confirm the importance of harmony and mutual cooperation among various ethnic groups within the Asian community, adding meaning as a networking venue for the growth and development of Asian entrepreneurs in the Kansas City area.
